A customer rings to ask where their job is. You know the answer in two seconds and it still costs four minutes, because you have to stop, look, explain, and then find your place again in what you were doing. Five of those is half a morning, and not one of them moved any work forward.

What we build

A small system that answers the questions that do not need you. It knows where a job is and tells the person who asked, in your words, without waiting for you. You keep the conversations that genuinely need a person, and stop having the ones that do not.

Why this is not a phone problem

The usual fix is to be harder to reach — a form, a queue, an automated menu. That does not remove the question, it just makes the customer feel it. People do not ring for an update because they enjoy it; they ring because they do not know. Answer before they ask and the call never happens.

Where we are

We work from Boulder County, and this is remote by nature — the system runs on your own job information, not in our office. You will not be installing anything.
