The form went out. It comes back half-finished, or on the day, or in the room — so the first ten minutes of a booked appointment go on details that were supposed to be settled a week ago. It happens to practices, to studios, to workshops, and to anybody whose work starts with knowing something about the person in front of them.

What we build

A small system that collects what you need before the appointment and asks again if it does not get it. In your own words, on your own form, and it stops asking the moment the answer arrives. What reaches you is a completed intake and a short list of what is still missing.

Why chasing does not scale and does not need to

Chasing works and it costs a person. One follow-up is a minute; forty a week is a job nobody was hired for, and it is the first thing dropped in a busy week — which is exactly the week the unfinished forms hurt most. The chasing is not skilled work. It is just work that has to happen.

Where we are

We work from Boulder County, an hour south, and this work is remote by nature — the system runs on your own intake rather than in our office. We would rather say that plainly than pretend to a Fort Collins presence we do not have.
