DDB Media agency identified in the strategy set for their client online Government Ministry of ICT in Colombia needed a strong foray into new media. The Social Media team 3Metas currently designed and implemented a set of activities on FB, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, Blog and a minisite, among others, that support the overall communications strategy that enables them to improve their presence in the web 2.0.
